This is Kenzi's scrapbook of sorts. Despite her having a camera-will-steal-my-soul attitude about it I have managed to gather some decent pictures of her. I'm going to try to keep them in order from when I first got her to present.

Thank you. She claimed it quickly. Now if anyone else sits on it she whines and paces until you move or at least make space for her too.

Halloween

Very pretty girl. How nice she has decided to let you stay in her new house!

I've been trying to keep track of all the places she's chosen to lay. It's been hard since she changes often. At one point she was smashed between the couch and the end table staring at the wall.

Kenzi's new bone promptly taken to her hiding place. We've been dealing with some resource guarding since the move. I pity the foo' that tries to take anything from her once it's been placed under the coffee table.

She is adorable though. Good luck with the resource guarding.

Thank you. She's never guarded a thing since we got her until now. Been trying to give her something when I take something away. For the most part though she never gets anything taken from her unless it's some paper she's torn up, or if my husband is trying to goad her into playing. We've been finding other ways to get her to play instead since this has started though.

That yard looks amazing! I bet Kenzi is loving her new house, it looks like she is already pretty comfertable.

Wow! The house look beautiful and I too am jealous of the yard! If we had a yard like that, I might never see Diz again lol. Well, aside from dinner time. She looks super comfortable though. She is really beautiful and coming into her own. Her coat and vibrant color are amazing!

Thank you. I've had several people compare her coat to rabbit fur, it's so soft. I never imagined it would turn out that nice when I first got her. She loves the yard and is coming around to the house. She's still excited when we go to the other house, but is excited when she gets home to the new yard.

Our first real snow in a long time. It's somewhere around 8 inches most places but we have a 2 ft drift on one side of the house. Kenzi won't leave the house unless someone goes with her. This was her running back to the house when she thought she was going to get left out in it. I have a snow dog that doesn't like the snow.

We had an early Gotcha Day (I think I will have actually had her a year on Sunday) since our weekends are usually jammed packed now that summer has hit I figured I would go ahead and throw some pictures on before the weekend.

No big party since Kenzi is too much of a meanie to have friends, but she got some fancier than normal treats she seemed to enjoy.





She ate them all neatly down the line.





She gets some of the craziest red eye, or maybe new toys just make her crazy. She seems to like her new duck. It's a tough one.



Duck is way better than the christmas pup.

So my husband has been trying to rush along their acclimation to each other since Keno is driving us nuts with the barking when he's left outside and we haven't slept in days so we did a trial play period in the sunroom the other night and Kenzi did great. It's like she isn't even my dog that I've been working on dog aggression with for months now. Since they have been getting along Keno has earned some short indoor rights and they can play as long as they are closely supervised. We haven't been letting them play for very long stints since I have noticed his leg gets to bothering him if Kenzi jumps on him too much. Until I have x-rays done I don't want to push him physically, but I am so excited that she is getting along. He found a bone she had hidden at one point and sat down to chew on it and she didn't even bother him over it. I still took it away, but have been so impressed. Now I'm ready for a third...lol. Just kidding...or am I?

Aw I'm so glad that its working out. Ever since I saw the crate video, I thought wow they are going to be best friends! Kenzi looks very happy which is great, I hope everything continues to go well for you guys.

That looks a lot like Tika and Ripley playing together, only Tika is a little more Spazzy. They look like a good fit, keep up the integration and give some serious rewards when they interact like that.
