URL Expiring. Do we renew?

Subject: URL Expiring. Do we renew? Thu May 16, 2024 9:40 pm

Hello all!

It’s officially been 15 years since we started this little site in this small corner of the internet.

I just received a notification that our url is expiring and I would like to have your input as to whether I renew it or let the site cross the rainbow bridge to meet up with so many of our furry friends that were around when we started this journey.

I personally have had to say goodbye to both of my huskies over the last 15 years. But I've been fortunate enough to continue my love for northern breeds by having an Alaskan Malamute as my current ice fishing dog.

Let me know your thoughts! I'm happy to spend the money to renew if there's even the slightest amount of interest!

I'm with Amy, this place is sometimes agonizingly slow ( but that's the fate of most forums these days )
If what you're referring to is domain name registration that's typically inexpensive ( US$10-20 per year ) and I'd be glad to foot the bill or a part of it if it's much more.

I enjoy the dogs and their antics; and the people and theirs ...

There is NO Facebook page title ItsAHuskyThing but there is a tag ... upper left hand corner search for itsahuskything and it'll show you several pages worth of husky cuteness.

This forum was essential in raising my little boy, especially in his first couple years. I hope this fluffy place continues to raise up good husky parents. wave

This forum was a lifesaver for us when we first got our husky over 11 years ago. I don’t know what we would have done without it! Our husky is still with us at 12.5 years old and we cherish every day with her. I also continually check back at the forum both to see what’s going on and to get information. Thank you for renewing and thank you for all this forum has been and still is for so many of us - including us lurkers!
