| Ok everyone, I'm sad to say I don't have alot of pics of Miya. The only camera we have is my husbands cell phone and I get so mad, I have had so many opportunities to take great pics, like her sitting in the middle of wild flowers, oh well. We got Miya at 5 weeks, quite young, breeder called us early December 2012 because we were getting cold weather, 15 degrees for west Texas is bitter and he didn't want her to stay out, she was the runt of the litter as well, so she was tiny. went to the humane societies thrift store got some blankets and a stuffed teddy and we got her. So here we go: The first one at 5 weeks, then 6 weeks, 9 weeks, 6 months, 4 months, 7 months. The last one is the most recent pic of her taken a couple of months ago. The odd thing is she is totally different than her brothers and sisters they are all dark in color, all have blue or bi eyes and all have the curly husky tail. Hope y'all enjoy Renee

| thank you Amy, I got lucky she blows coat heavy in spring and light in fall(so far), couple days of brushing and raking and done. I feel for you with Ami, he has such long locks. She's also pretty self cleaning, the pic with all that dirt on her was just a fleeting moment, the next day couldn't tell she had been in the dirt, we call her Miya mud paw, when she comes home looking like that. |

Thanks - brushing is never ending with Ami Fortunately, though, he is really "self-cleaning" - he can be absolutely filthy from our morning walk and snowy white and clean by evening. Sometimes I hasten it by bring out the kiddy pool and letting him "dig" in it - gets his paws and underbelly rinsed really well. I like the name "Miya Mud Paw" Lately, I've been calling Ami "honey bear" - his size and furry-ness suggest a bear, his coat is sort of honey colored and last week, he was in my shed and came out with a piece of honey-comb left in a nuc box from a swarm last year I just hope he stays out of the active hives - he's in for a surprise, if he doesn't. |

| Honey bear is so perfect for him. I've never had a dog with such shiny and soft fur. Funny about her kiddy pool, every morning when we go out she has to rescue the bugs that are still alive. she picks them up one by one, walks a couple feet away, spits them out and then does a little paw nudge at them. They are so much fun. I hope your beautiful guy doesn't get "involved" with your active hives. |

Me too A nose full of stings and a hive all broken up - not my idea of a fun day. That's really cute about the bugs |

| Yes she is and thank you. Enzo has that pretty peaches color, where as Miya is the silver. That's why I love huskies so much, their uniqueness. |

| Jimmy and Ashleigh thank you. She is my life, you both know what I mean. I have worked very hard with her training, obedience and feeding. It has been a full time job. What makes me feel good in the end is how much love I get back from her. I have half my neighborhood asking me to train their dogs, because of how well behaved she is. Thanks again
i wish I had better photos, when I look at her she reminds me of what a Viking warrior's dog would look like, with her markings, a chain mail piece for protection would be a perfect fit. I'll confiscate my husbands cell phone and try and show you what I mean. |

| Thank you Lynne, She was the only silver with brown eyes in the litter, I fell in love with her at 12 days old, she was the runt of the litter, I carried her with one arm, until she was about 5 months old. They grow so fast, as you are finding out now. |

| Awwww, she's so pretty. Huskies and Jeeps just "fit" together. If I ever decide to sell my Jetta, it will be for a Jeep |

| Renee, two pictures there that I love! The one where she's been playing in the sand "What? You mean I can't come in now??" and where she's setting in the Jeep (and I love that Jeep!!!!) says "Okay folks, c'mon, *I'm* ready!!!" My jeep has a hard top and while I've been tempted to take it off, the thought of going through these hills with dogs loose in the back convinces me that it's safer to keep the top in place! Great pictures! _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |

| Thank you Al, that's how we got the jeep, we put a bikini top on it. We had the 4 wheeler, 3 of us fit just fine, but I was still worried that she would get hurt. Some goober wanted a rifle more than the jeep, we wanted one, but jeeps are not cheap. We are getting another dog down the road, so jeep was the logical thing to get, that way we all fit. Btw, we have to take her out every night and drive our dirt roads with her, it's the only thing to wind her down even after many walks, runs, playtime, and chasing guinea hens or the kitty. lol |

| Now that sounds like Avalanche, I put him on lead, and into the jeep, drive a few hundred yards down the road and let him out ... he takes off down the road and I hop back in the jeep following him. Every once in a while he goes looking after the rabbits - not that he'd know what to do with one if he caught it! - but he's good about chasing them and then coming back to the jeep. That's good for a 3 - 5 mile run, I wait till he's slowing down and ready to get back inside and go home ... I get back to the house with one tired boy on my hands! _________________ “Properly trained, a man can be dog’s best friend.” Corey Ford . |
