That jeep looks really great, I don't think I've ever seen a semigloss black but it looks really sharp! Whoever did it did a fantastic job. Especially with the contrast of the pup in the front seat. Yeh, that's one wicked four wheeler.....

Lol, Jimmy and Al thank you! Hubby and I did all the work with a little help from Miya. She loves it, hubby works for an auto parts store and jeep parts are amazingly cheap, all body work, mechanical and paint done by him and some help of me, and a friend of ours helped with some of the mechanical. It's the same jeep. Got some soft doors for the cooler nights which help, and i convinced him to keep basket thing in the front so we can put camping stuff there and Miya and future sister can ride in back. one week vacation time and done.

It looks amazing Renee, love the paint too...a friend of mine has a late model Suburban that he just had the same paint job done too, its like "satin black" or something like that. I love Jeeps!!! I just bought a Ford Escape for Kohdi and Mishka but I WANTED a Jeep so badly, however, I have enough trouble keeping Kohdi from sticking his head out the sunroof of my Jetta, can't even think about how much trouble I'd have keeping him inside a Jeep, lol. My father has two Jeeps and has taken them on some insane trail I believe in Colorado (called Telluride or somthing like that) his wife actually got out of the Jeep and told my dad to drive on without her, LOL, its that wicked.

Lol, I have learned not to look behind me while riding. Miya is a bouncy dog and goes from one side well to the other then the middle and then repeat. It drove me crazy, she did this on the 4wheeler too, that's why we got the jeep, I'm so fearful, she goes 3 legs up, and has never gone over. I still get a heart attack if i watch her. Then out of the clear blue she starts licking my face, I know she's having fun, but jeesh. Mind you we are not driving fast, don't think it could go over 55, it's a 1978, plus we drive dirt roads, so I know we are not going fast. I can't wait to get #2, maybe she'll stay put better, or she'll trample the puppy, we shall see, lol.....I'm still waiting.

Thank you for liking it, we did it on the cheap, but really it is a 4wheeler to Miya. I can just picture Kohdi, ahhhh come on dad get a jeep, we luvs jeeps dad......lol.

Thanks Liz, we have soft doors on now and she is mad, she sits in the jeep when we go out in the morning and watches the donkey across the road, she has not figured out how to open them, so she has to watch on the ground, lol

So we took Miya out in the jeep for her second birthday, where has the time gone, just yesterday she was a pup, .....Anyway, I got to take the pics for a change, hubby is the photographer, but since he was driving in some of the pics I got to do the taking....

Amy, thank you, we actually have to say 4 wheeler, lol, and then she hauls butt over to it and waits patiently as we open the doors to get in. Her favorite place to go and watch is the horses, there's 2 of them, and they give her kisses when we walk over to them, very cool to watch.

I think the jeep has made a great replacement for the four wheeler. She seems to be settling into it very well. Happy 2nd birthday, Miya!

Jenn, yea she's settling, she had all four paws on the step up where the wheel well is, and freaked me out, usually only 3 paws, which took me awhile to not panic, now 4, thank goodness we go slow, and not very much traffic on our dirt road....she's such a daredevil, lol....

Lol, for sure. I joked with hubby, that with 2 huskies, they could pull the jeep for us, so no gas to waste, lol. That was my way of saying we need another husky, hasn't worked so far, I'll keep bugging him, lol. Although I would have to determine how heavy the jeep is, if too heavy we will need 3 huskies, oh yea, my plan is working......

Might as well milk that for a whole sled team haha

Btw, I will mention the pumpkin cookies. I suck at baking human food, but the recipe that jbealer, put up for pumpkin cookies were so easy to do and Miya loved them. So if you want an easy, doggy approved treat and your husky likes pumpkin try the recipe......
