I'm freaking out.

I'm going to Ohio for work (nuclear) and I'll be there for more or less 78 days. My boyfriend has made the decision that he can and wants to watch all three dogs-whereas before, someone else was going to watch Sheba and she wasn't going to be too awfully far away from me. Now, all three pouches will be back in Nebraska with the boyfriend.

Now don't get me wrong, I'll miss my boyfriend to death...but you all know it's different with the dogs. I've asked this question on a couple of different forums on Facebook, but I need to talk to more people who "understand" where I am coming from.

I know some people on here have been away from one or more of their pooches for a long time, and I'm wondering what you have all done to deal.

I know the obvious of pictures daily, but anything else?? I'm bringing some pictures of them, but I've already been crying quiet a bit lol.

Also, I left him a note of all their supplements and amounts along with numbers and addresses to Emergency Vet Clinics...anything else??

If you have a computer with a camera at home you could call your boyfriend on Skype and ask him to see the dogs. It's much better than staring at pictures.

Skype is always nice! Lol, I would do it when I was studying abroad and needed my dose of live Lycus. It was definitely difficult for me to not be around my pooch but it won't kill you lol. Good luck and I hope everything goes well.
