Mine still goes CRAZY in the crate for about an hour and half straight when I first put him in.. but thank you for giving me Hope!

It's not so much what Sunny thinks, it's what Mishka thinks. He pretty much wants to eat the bird. :/ So I have to keep them away from each other. Even though I would never take Sunny out of his cage with Mishka around. I'm not that crazy. Lol.

you and me both!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i will rescue my next go around. which i know can be stressful in itself cause you don't know 100% what you get with a rescue. but my goodness!!!

Mishka is so cute!!!! How old are Sunny and Caine? I have an 11-yr-old and I've been considering getting her a brother or sister but I'm not sure how she will react to a new puppy in the house. She gets along with puppies at the dog park just fine.

@Nicole - Well Mishka is my only pup. Sunny is my conure and Caine is our cat. Hehe.

I would just like to say that I was on my cell and accidentally gave you a negative treat, so I fixed it with a positive one, you know to even it out.

But people, you DON'T GIVE PICTURES TREATS!! Seriously! That is ridiculous. I evened out my mistake..there was no reason to give yet another treat..for a picture. If you would have been paying attention, you would have noticed there was a positive and a negative treat, meaning her treat count was not affected.

Actually, it was me who went in there and gave the positive treat to balance out the negative on the picture. I assumed that it was done accidentally, and since most people never acknowledge to that I figured I'd balance it out. We do that from time to time. But thanks.

Ashleigh- Oh, well I guess that is a bit different.

Oh yeah even people that KNOW he's a boy still think he's a girl. I think about changing his name but it really is a more commonly male name in Russian. Lol.

I had to do something so that people would maybe see that he's a boy. I swear I had done a ton of research on the name Mishka and I guess it's just that it is more predominantly female in our current culture/society. Even though it is a MALE name in Russian, it is more unisex than anything. I even asked my Russian friend if it was a male name and she told me yeah. Lol. Oh well! I'll just end up ignoring it when people call him a girl.

Bahah! Everybody thinks Kennedy is a boy, so I know how you feel. I really didn't think Kennedy was a boy name as it is usually a last name (at least as far as I knew). I knew a couple "celebrities" had named their kids Kennedy (I think they were all girls). But apparently Kennedy is a boy name. I don't think she even looks like a boy!! I usually correct them when they ask me something about "him". Like, "Oh, does he like to play fetch?" I usually answer with something like, "Oh yeah! She loves to chase tennis balls. She'd rather chew them up half the time." Then it usually dawns on them that "he" is actually a "she"!

Haha, people always think that Maya is a boy. Guess she looks kinda manly.

It's funny some people just have an association that certain animals (ie dogs) are female and others (cats) are male. I have a friend like that. Lol. I usually answer the same like that when someone says girl. I'll be like HE does this and HE does that. Haha.

I got him from a breeder in Arkansas. If I ever decide I want another puppy though I think I would try to get one from Trillium Blue Siberians (which I think someone on here said they were in Georgia?). They have some amazing champion dogs. I just don't think the breeder I got him from (which I thought was a good breeder but apparently may not have been the best) really did enough with the pups to socialize and get them ready to be put in homes (like introducing them to kids, different noises inside a household, etc).
