| Are there any recommendations of clips to use on a dog leash? A more secure one. I just have a normal clip on their leash and Titus manage to get loose today. He didn't notice at first. We tried to get him back but he saw a cat and ran across the road. The first car missed him and the second car almost hit him.
I checked his clips and d ring on his harness but nothing is wrong. I don't know how he get out of that. Is there a lockable clip of some kind? |

| You can also get one of the couplers they make so you can walk two dogs with one leash and attach it to his collar and harness. That way if one does come loose, you still have him on leash so you can reattach the one that slipped. |

| I think its a great leash - now I use slip leads, because they are much safer than any leash/collar combo. Dogs always have collars on for tags, but the slip lead is AMAZING. |

| Thanks for all the useful information. I just got a new leash for them so I think i'll just get some locking carabiner and fit it to the leash. It never happened to me on a standard 6' leash. Yesterday he was on a 5m training leash when he got loose. No idea how he get out. Went straight for the cat. |
