My name is Rachel. We currently reside in Marietta, GA. My finance James and I adopted our newest edition last week. She is now 8 wks old and an love! James grew up with a red male. His parents currently have a malamute mix(Juneau), so we just had to get our own.

Thanks everyone! Yeah, she is a hot mess! The video at the very end was the best....a 120 pound malamute tries to escape from a 8 pound pup lol!

We are hoping that we can meet up with some other husky owners when the weather get better.

What a cutie pie! Congrats! She looks like my Mishka at that age.

And here she is at 4.5 months Every day she she gets darker. It has been very interesting watching her grown into her markings. In the right light she has a blue /silver undertone on her sides. We are proud parents!

She is lovely. I bet you are proud! Where did you get her? If you dont mind saying, that is!

Thank you so much! We got her from Trillium Blue Kennels in GA.

I thought so! Liz has lovely dogs. We hope to get a boy from an upcoming litter. Fingers crossed!!

Right! We were so impressed with her SH when we meet her @ the ACK show in Feb. She just happened to have a litter then and we jumped on the opportunity to get one. We hope to get a light red male later on so she will have a playmate Good luck on getting your boy! By your avatar, looks like you have a real beauty yourself!

No. I wanted to do so after we broght her home, but Liz wanted to keep with the agreement of her being pet as she was purchased as ( I wantedto pay the difference) but I respect her wishes. She said we could stop by to see if she was show quaility first, but we decided to go ahead and spay her and do so. Id love to show the next one however. Just local. Nothing crazy, its a hobby that can get expensive lol.

Dont take this the wrong way but she is picky about the dogs she places into show homes. Yes it does get expensive! I just signed the goldens (3) up for two days of OB and Rally and it was $200, plus lunch and travel. But we do it as a family and the dogs love it!

Oh I totally didn't take it the wrong way.I just figured since her parents had such great lines she would be a good one. But yup, that's what we want to do, just as a fam and fun for pups and us plus it'd keep us all busy

Oh your pup is a head turner for sure! Maybe do rally or agility with her, that way when you take your boy on the road, she can come to and a good time will be had by all!
