Forgive me for asking this questions but I'm curious.. All of these fancy dog bakeries that make cookies/cakes/treats for birthdays or whatever the occasion may be....what do they use for the sweet frosting?? LIke is it real frosting? The reason I ask was because I thought sweet was bad for dogs. I found a place about 20 minutes from me, and for Valentines Day I bought the pups cookies! I was curious so I licked one of the cookies with frosting (YES, I was gross, and I licked it)...

It's usually yogurt! Ours love yogurt as a frosting or something carob based I made a frosting out of a little bit of organic honey, plain yogurt, egg whites and strawberries (my two love strawberries).

Ok I may be weird or just overly obsessive with what my pup eats, but I try everything I give him. If it taste like it's cheap I don't give it to him.

Yeah I made a frosting out of cream cheese pumpkin (I wanted it to be orange-ish) and sugar free apple sauce. It tasted really good actually. The cake wasn't bad either
