okay, she really is a little shadow while I am home anyways, so that may not be too big of a change. Only problem would be the getting ready portion of my day. Are you still taking her out every 2 hours?

Yes, I take her out more often than that when she's awake, just to run her energy out. We stop to potty first, then she can run/play on-leash in the driveway, patio, or yard.

Also, I do have potty pads in her pen and crate for when I'm not right there. She came from the breeder fully paper-trained, so I'll ease off of these as she grows--she poops a dozen times per day right now, but within a few weeks, that will decrease dramatically. She has zero accidents, and I want her early training to be consistent so she experiences success instead of being yelled at all the time. It's only for a few weeks.

Grant stopped using potty pads on his own. He either didn't like them or preferred exploring and going in the grass. Asking to go outside became his favorite pastime. I don't have problems with him having accidents at all now (he's two). He's not allowed upstairs, either.
