| Hey thanks. His name I have had picked out since I was a kid. The Legend of Zelda is my all time favorite video game series, so naturally, Link, the protagonist wood elf extraordinaire, was going to be the namesake of my Husky. We are hoping that Link will be the second from left in my avatar. Our breeder is going to keep the one with the highest aptitude for showing, since his parents are both show champions. The depositors ahead of us want ones we don't want. So unless the one we want is the perfect show dog of the litter...... We'll see. Luckily, we love the whole litter |

| Wow, so your pup is really young still. Are there any Seattle area meet ups for Husky folks you know of?
We are trying to recruit as many dog friends now for safe play dates, especially during the first month we have him prior to round 2 of vaccinations. |

| Hah, I was hoping so, that's excellent. Hopefully you get the one you want, do update when you know! There's one in the Redmond by me from some other website, I'm on my phone so I'm not gunna find find it now, sorry lol. Only a few huskies go to that though I think, I've never been. We're trying to get a meetup going from the forum, we have a few from up north in Bothell and then at least one from Oak Harbor. Right now, including your little man, I think we have like 4 puppies all about evenly spread out in age and an Alaskan husky. And maybe another little husky puppy joining us after yours... Hopefully the others will chime in, but I'm super excited for some puppy mayhem. Until they're old enough for hikes and dog parks and whatnot I am absolutely down for puppy play dates for the little ones in safe places. Are you from Seattle-Seattle? |

| Welcome!
I would be the Alaskan Husky from Bothell.
Possibly soon fostering a Siberian adult male.
Btw, Rhia, I've almost finished my overhauling of the house and yard, when its finished in spring you will have to see.
I know Karissa's Ahsoka, in Everett, would love to play. My pack loves puppies, and is all UTD on shots Rhia's pup, Korra, is a fun little girl.

| Hello everyone....thanks for the welcome.
Yes, I am in Seattle-Seattle, in the Central District just east of the International District. There's a beautiful Husky puppy named Liam, 7 months old, right in the building next door. I've seen them three times but the human is always on the phone with him out and I can't talk to her much. I keep wanting to set up something with them. He is gorgeous....his eyes and his coat are olive greenish red, very unique.
Cheers for now. |

| Wood elf? Hylians are never referenced as elves I'm obsessed with LoZ, so naturally I like the name. I tried to get Koda named Link but the husband turned it down. Also tried to name Rogue Malon and Midna, both turned down! My favorite is the first in the litter photo, reminds me if Koda as a baby. They're so cute and fluffy. I'm jealous you're in WA, we hope to settle down there or OR when we graduate. |

| haha, touche. He was a wood elf in my head. Oh Hyrule.......
I always wanted a male and female husky since I was 12....Link and Zelda, of course. For now settling for the one until we get a bigger house next year, so just Link for now.
That little sucker is adorable, yes. He is the only one of the 5 with a blue eye, his right eye. All others are dark brown and maybe one has green. The 4 in my pic are all males, and the female is not in that pic....Anyway, the depositors ahead of us are gonna scoop ole blue eye up like that, so there's no chance we will get him. Ideally I wanted a masked pup, but oh well. The female is masked, but we want a male. |

| Sounds like Link is finally Link....all of us depositors want a different puppy and the breeder is leaning towards one that nobody has singled out as their choice.......looks like our little guy second from left is gonna be ours afterall......phew! |

| Cool, I signed up for it. Thanks for the heads up. Where exactly are you from? Not sure if you've said specifically.
Jeff, we're a bit further but we'd love to play some time. Perhaps we can have a puppy meetup somewhere safer for little Link with a few from the forum. |

| So excited, thanks you all! We get Link this Sunday morning, at 8 weeks old, vet appointment the following Tuesday and then round 2 of shots probably in 3-4 weeks, most likely at 11 weeks if we go by our breeder schedule. Their litter got round 1 at week 7. We are trying to make as many play (socialization) dates in the first month as possible, so I am definitely down to meet up with anyone in person, your dog included We are in the Central District of Seattle proper, and very mobile. We both have the first week off of work, and with flanking weekends I'll have 10 solid days with him right off the bat for transition, training, and playtime. I'm gonna go sign up for the Husky meet up right......... |
