So, while browsing interesting things on CL, I came across an ad for a Free Siberian to Good Home. Obviously, I was fairly intrigued, not only because I love dogs too much, but because a Husky is a desirable item, but once you get it home, a lot of people realize how much they don't want it, and I always fear a dog going to a shelter, when it doesn't need to.

2yr old altered female with vet records, no papers. This is my kind of animal.

I pitched my situation to the owner, and she told me I was number one on her list. She just needed to talk to her husband, and get back to me. She got back to me, and she wants to tour my home on Wednesday.

So, my kennel is hopefully getting either a new permanent fixture, or will be fostering a new adoption dog until we've found her an awesome home. I'm really pulling for the former. If this doesn't work out, I might just drop the cash and buy myself a Frenchie.

I have wanted a Frenchie for so long. Sooo Long. I know EBD and FBD breeders, but even with a steep discount, its like $1000 bucks for a good healthy papered puppy. The rule always is that I will take a frenchie. If I own 12 labs, and breed 100's of dingoes, and start a hussky rescue, there will still be room for a frenchie.

I was just talking about Frenchies today with someone. She was telling me what a wonderful and amazing breed they were.
