So - I haven't seen Jen and Dizzy in a long while and today they both came down to PA for a visit!  We took Dizzy to our dog park for a little running around with the girls and then headed up to a local dog show for the morning!  Lots of fun was had by all!  












Yeah...I'm just going to say the Budweiser Clydesdales are in town and they were out walking two of them this morning as we were getting ready to leave...


Dizzy had some pictures taken at the show!




These two caused quite the scene!  Everyone was watching them!

lol.  The Clydesdales are stabled at the ice rink that happens to be next to the dog park.  The Budweiser Clydesdales are here for the week (well, they leave Tuesday but they have been here since last Tuesday) as part of a fundraiser to help raise money for the city's mounted police unit.  They were doing beer deliveries in the three cities; Allentown, Easton (where I live) and Bethlehem (the city of the mounted police) - where they hitch the horses up to the wagon (including Brewer - The Dalmatian that rides atop the carriage with the drivers - you can see him in the included picture) and they delivered beer to the businesses.  They are also making an appearance somewhere else today and will be at a baseball game tomorrow night.

Hopefully there will be many more pictures to come of Dizzy, Bella and Meech as we plan more park dates .

I love the Clydesdales. They used to be down here for Mardi Gras every year in several of the parades, but now they usually are only here for maybe 2 parades if they come.

I've never been around horses and have only seen one up close in my entire life. So the Budweiser Clydesdales coming to town has been -huge- for me!

Dizzy had so much fun! He wants Mechta to have his babies... He is in that teen phase where he's started humping other dogs now... Seems to prefer any intact dog, male or female. That pic where I'm holding him on his back was because he wouldn't stop trying to hump Meech.  sigh, boys! I can't wait to come down again though.
