| We do not have our puppy yet, but in a couple weeks or so, we will . I'm not sure if he will be bi-eyed or not, the breeder said they're still blue at the moment--and the pic is a little dark (besides, he's only just over 4 weeks in the picture). Whatever way they turn out, we love our little guy and are so anxious to bring him home! [img] [/img][img] [/img] |

Thanks! That's kind of what I assume, and I'm sure they'll change more over the next couple of weeks. When we went to check him out, we thought it was possible he might be bi-eyed, but it was his right eye that was darker then! Crazy puppy . |

| Okay, so here are his updated pictures at 5.5 weeks. The breeder thinks he will be bi-eyed, one blue, one green. Anybody here have a husky that looks like our little guy who turned out blue/green? I'm so curious to see how he'll turn out. Isn't it strange that the earlier pic. looked like his right was going to be blue, and his left another color? Just bad pictures? Another question [sorry], when do the ears peak up? When we picked him out, his ears were standing up, and some of these they are and some they're not. Is this an age thing or a breeding thing? Really excited to get him . Get that camera out of my face! [img] [/img] He's the guy on the left. [img] [/img] |

I know, I love it. Too bad there's shadow in the pic--it could have been one for the HOTM! |

| Yuki's ears were up by 4 weeks. Also eyes can still change up to 4 or 6 weeks I believe its 4 though so he's probably gonna have bi-eyes. Yuki had bi-eyes when she was 2 weeks old and kept them all this time I almost chose her sister because she had the both blue eyes, but I liked Yuki's mask better and I don't know she kind of called to me. It all worked out in the end because the people who chose Yuki's sister had kids, and while Yuki's sister was very loving and calm, Yuki's personality was very independent and didn't like to be messed with which worked with my situation as I live alone most the time and don't have kids to bug her |

| He's handsome!! He's only 5.5 wks old right? So next weekend is still really early to be picking him up. Its harder to work with a puppy that didn't get those last two weeks with the siblings because of biting issues. Just something to think about! |

| Even if he comes home at 6 weeks most breeders seem to do it, I'm sure he'll be fine though and don't be off put just because he's coming home a bit early, you have your boxer to teach him some manners |

| He will be younger than 8 weeks when I pick him up--but all of his litter are going home that day as well. I do worry a bit about him being a little young, but then again, I've heard that the 6-9 week mark is invaluable training time, so hopefully, we'll be able to get a head start on him. |
