Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule. |

| Dot, exactly! He takes a lot of naps too, hes actually napping on my lap LoL he IS active though, right after his naps he starts to run and pounce on things. And when I take him outside he sprints around, and ill run with him, so hes chasing me. After running around the yard, he will waddle over and plant his but between my legs or right by my side. Im glad mines not acting out of the normal.
I figured he would grt more comfy when hes use to the place and people. Hes use to my mom, and dad, but he doesnt follow them around or ait by them. But like I was guessing, its because its his first few days here. I always see toutube vids of their first puppies day home, and they are soooo playful with everyone, while mine was hiding behind me. Today he is very playful, and im sure it will continue as the days go by.
More questions, my puppys eyes looks like hes squinting. It just because he is 8 werks old? Or is that how it will always be? He looks like he is high XD and god, hes always spilling his water bowl and food. |

| Lol, I only post from my phone anymore- I don't have time for the computer. I hate touch screens. My girl isn't squinty, but I don't know if that's normal or not? Hers are always open and curious haha. Love my baby. Do you have a raised bowl set? I do, she never plays with them because she can't lol. When she eats at my parent's, her bowls are on the ground and she'll step in them, drag them around, etc. And when she slides them off the towel they're on and make a metal clang, she'll startle herself lol. I digress.. Raised bowls might be smart? Lots of good priced ones in amazon. |

| My Bella has a split personality, when I first get home from work she can't be more than a few feet from me. She's very lovely and always needs to be touching me and trying to lick my face. Then at some predetermined point she must wrestle and views those head rubs and butt scratches she was soaking up earlier as attacks on her honor and starts grabbing my wrist with her mouth. After she's calmed from that she wanderings the house if she hears a sound but otherwise stays close to me and I'm not allowed to pet her most of the time. |
