Daisy has been scratching her eye for the past week or so. We have noticed it because when she scratches it sometimes it's red and even bleeds. It's also both her eyes. She'll be fine for a couple days and not scratch or show any signs of discomfort and then all of sudden she'll start to scratch again until her eyes are red, bleeding, and puffy.

I'm not sure whats wrong. Everything else about her is normal though.

I would take her to the vet. She could have an allergy.

Please take her to a vet as soon as possible.

Allergies are high on the list, I third the vet.

We took her to the vet today and they gave her some eye drops. They said that it's probably allergies and the dry cold weather that's coming in. So nothing too big to worry about.

That's good, my worries were not so much about the allergies themselves but the damage she was doing by scratching and making herself bleed.

Yeah, hopefully they will get better soon.
