| Yesterday we noticed a cut on Dalton's side. It's not so big that were super concerned, but big enough that I would like to treat it. We were going to take him to the vet, but since it's sunday, none of them are open. Other than the cut, he is fine, eating well, etc. any tips for covering it until we can get to a vet tomorrow? If I wrap it, I'll have to wrap around his whole mid section just to cover the tiny area. Thanks in advance |

| I don't have a photo of it, but it's probably the length of a quarter, and the width of a small pamphlet... I know that's a weird way to explain it. Like I said, it's not so big that we probably need to go to the vet immediately, but I'd like to have it looked at. In the meantime, could you suggest a way to cover it? |

| Do you have an E vet around you? You don't want somthing that big getting infected. Use gauze to keep it covered and ACV to disinfect without drying it - I really suggest getting the dog in. |

| If it were my dogs i'd flush it with hydrogen peroxide, pat dry with gauze, and cover it with neosporin. That should be fine until tomorrow. _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! Join our facebook meetup group! |

| Good advice from Megan and Kristina. Is he licking it? If so, you could maybe use a t-shirt to cover it?
I hope he's better soon. |

| Obviously we'll get him into a vet as soon as possible. I like the t-shirt idea! Thanks! |
