Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. | I know it doesn't work for every dog but Perfect Form digestive aid supplement from The Honest Kitchen is the only thing that works for my girl Faith who has irritable bowel. We tried everything under the sun for her and only Perfect Form helped her. She's on it for life now and I am happy that it's all natural and can be safely used long term. _________________ |

I second Perfect Form. Has saved Kale's bowels on numerous occasions.

Perfect Form has an amazing ingredient called Slippery Elm. I give that to Delilah if she has an upset tummy. Much cheaper and does the exact same thing.

you can break the capsules over the food if you so choose, or you just put it down their throat. Delilah is easy, so I just give it to her in pill form, but Cato had an upset stomach one night and I put it on his food, no problem after that. Does the same thing for people

Slippery elm is great for upset tummies and you can use it alone like Megan does. But Perfect Form does contain several other excellent ingredients for helping calm upset tummies including, but not limited to, stuff like papain, fennel, and papaya. Ultimately it's worth a shot whichever you try, and if slippery elm alone doesn't help then something with more like Perfect Form might help. I point this out mainly because IBD is a bit worse than the occasional upset stomach. _________________

Oh absolutely Val, but I noticed that brooke was using perfect form for upset tummies, so I just suggested something a bit more economical.
