| Maggie refuses to take baths she hates hates hates them. Well last night she was stinky so I decided yes to bath. I was armed with treats and a "puppy" voice. She just stood there and let me bathe her.
Holy cow, it was not that bad, then it has been in the past!
small victories, I love them. |

| Yay for easy bath! Ginger is easy to bathe...Storm likes to stand up in the tub and move around while he has a conversation with us as to why he has to have a bath....and we leave the place with fur on the walls and ceiling and us looking as if we also go a half bath. _________________ |

| I'm jealous.
We can barely get a brush out and Brewer starts doing the Zoomies in protest of what's to come.
Needless to say, bathing of any sort...even kiddy pool play time...requires a wee bit of patience.

| That's awesome! Danzig won't take baths, so we either have to wash him outside with the hose or in the winter we get him professionally groomed. Luckily, he likes to swim so when we go for walks he'll find a body of water that helps keep him clean. |

| Never even try to bathe mine. Firehouse at 20ft or the groomer that's the options here. They all love the water, Topaz even plays in the sprinkler, just no baths. |

| I will forever be thankful my dogs do not mind baths. Koda just stands in place and lets me move the shower head over him and whatnot, haha. Rogue mopes with her head in my knee while I wash her, she just gets dumped by a bucket since she's small. Both are good for the HVD too, I just have to occupy Rogue's mouth with PB so she doesn't make her "I'm dying" howl and disturb the neighbors. |

Same here! I have to keep eye hands around Chili's neck (like a collar) to keep from shaking, but we all end up wet and disheveled! Luckily day care includes a free day of day care with a bath! We're getting too old and lazy to do the self baths too often so we do one self bath for every two or three paid baths, we have to bathe them at least every 6 weeks due to my allergies. |

| Sam, Have you tried just wiping them down with baby wipes every week or so instead of having to bathe them every 6 weeks or so?
Just a thought....as I have bad allergies too, and this summer it hit me hard to where I had to take pills - but my allergies are from pollen, not the pups. _________________ |

Ya, I wipe them down too in between but they really need the baths too to get most of the allergens since I'm actually allergic to the dogs. Their coat and skin are are doing great. |
