| Hi everyone! I wanted to just let everyone know that while we appreciate and value Val's willingness and dedication to step up to Admin in our time of need, she is stepping down from that position for the best reason in the world: Baby Isabella! Her time is spent prioritizing her beautiful baby girl and doesn't want the forum to suffer for it; so without as much time as she'd like to dedicate to being an Administrator, she has asked to return to her role as Moderator and allow someone else to step up. We thank her for keeping the forum's best interests at heart, but will miss her as an Admin. Please help me thank Val for her service and, as always, continue to respect her as a Moderator of this forum  The Administrative staff has discussed it at length and our vote was unanimous on who to bring up. We are asking Chris (Tika) to take Val's place. Even though he has been on our staff a short time, Chris has always acted and posted with a level-head, mature-thought-out responses, and put the well-being of the forum first. His knowledge of phpBB boards will certainly be a WELCOME addition to my administrative ranks and we are delighted that he has accepted the role of Administrator! Welcome, Chris!  All of my decisions on this board are done with the consultation of my staff and no decision is made lightly or rashly. I do my best to keep this board a professional and mature corner of the internet. If anyone has any questions, they are welcome to PM them to me. | Val - Thank you for being such a great admin. I haven't been on the forum for too long, but you've always been an amazing admin!! There can't be a better reason that the one in your situation!! | Thank you very much Val for all your hard work. No one deserves to be an admin of this forum more then you do. You`re one of, if not, the most helpful and educational member here. I thank you for all your hard work and I know for sure you`ll still be around. Also no one can begrudge you for stepping down... If I had a daughter half as cute as Isabella I would want to spend as much times with her as well, even if she didn't sleep last night and is driving you nuts today  . I thank you for the trust I've been given and will do the best I can to uphold the ideals and direction this forum has developed and maintained over the years. It is truly a special place in a small corner of the internet, one of which I'm very proud to just be a member of. Though I'm not the most active poster I do read everything and I thank all of you for inviting me, and Kelly, into your lives with all your great stories, pictures, and posts. The community and personality of this forum are what makes it great and why I continue to spends hours a day lurking and reading everything. Thank you all again. - Quote :
