| Well, ya just gotta think about it - if a pill can treat 60 - 120lbs...how safe is it to give that super high dosage to your 60lb dog?
Brooke, I started doing it after a suggestion from a breeder friend. But, I have a holistic vet who agreed with the practice. She said the dosages are quite high in it, so its not an issue. |

| Ok got to work an I called the company LOL the lady said that it is safe in high doses because the active ingredient isn't chemically based. Idk lol sounded like their normal sh-peel. O and she said the they can't offer refunds if the owner splits the pill, I told her what the people at the seminar had said and preached and she said it was false, she asked for the seminar date and where it was located think I got some people in trouble haha o well!! |

| I am too!! My goodness! I feel like a terrible person for giving false info to so many people! Ugh! I've been thinking about giving Heartguard plus and Comfortis instead of Trifexis. I'll get the lower dose instead of the higher dose |

| Brooke, I just don't give them at the same time. They have to be at least 2 weeks apart...but that's me being neurotic.
The great thing about Comfortis is that it really comes in and DESTROYS. I don't even use it all the time. Just as needed. |

| Same with me right now I'm only giving Heartguard Plus because our environment is flea free and all the fleas froze out haha I just put Cederwoos oil on Kale's collar last night too this is why I love this place so much! I am always learning |

| Ok sooooooo the question is if I get the 60-120lb pill and split it in half for Kody/Mya (who both weigh 48lbs it should be OK), but Asia weighs 30lbs (just looked it up) Probably not cool, right? I should probably just get 40-60lb pill, give Mya/Kody the full dose, and split it for Asia? I won't be giving it to them monthly. The vet said it's so strong that it starts killing the fleas immediately and that they would probably only need one months dose. I want to give it to them next month just to be sure though. Or maybe alternate months. Decisions. LOL! I actually saw a few fleas coming off of Kody last night |

| Yea with all the new info I found out and after talking to that girl, I'd get the 40-60 and split it for Asia.
ETA- she actually went a little off the cuff with me and said that she splits hers for her dog LOL

| Yeah, split the 40 - 60. It will be plenty. If it matters though - I split the 60 - 120 for Delilah and she is 35lbs. But thats just cause Cato is pushing 50 lbs so I give him the bigger half. haha |
