Okami lost her first tooth at about 4 months old. Just be patient! lol.... just be watch out though, Okami had a tooth that wouldn't fall out and the adult tooth was coming in anyways. It ended up falling out, but the vet said that if it didn't fall out it would need to be extracted. So when she does start loosing them, just check her mouth maybe once every 2 days to make sure there is no problems

Dizzy started losing his at 13-14 weeks, but he seems to do everything fast. He lifted his leg at around 14-15 weeks. Silly boy. He had the same thing with his canine's for a while, where he had the new one coming in next to his baby tooth. The baby tooth fell out eventually. Playing tug with plush toys helped a lot.

When we got our pup Beka from the humane society they did not "Know" her age but the vet age dated her and changed her birthdate from the beginning of October to the end of October based on when she lost her teeth. She did not begin until February. So I had been told it was the 14-16 week range for our size dogs. Hope that helps, look around and check the losing tooth versus new incoming teeth! Ditto on the plush tug toy route!

Also look around in her mouth, there may be one or two already that you haven't noticed.... Huskies are known to eat their teeth when they fall out. I only found one out of all of them from Okami.

Yeah... Okami had a lot of access chewing time going on around the teething time. It certainly sounds like it will happen soon. Fill one of those large kongs up with peanut butter and let her go to town with it. I think it sped up the process here with Okami giving her that like 2-3 times a day.

we have a lot of the rope bones toys that the middle of the rope is gone but the ball or knot of the Rope was still around so I froze those and they were 7th heaven for Bourbon. Lots of items to chew helped a lot!

As everyone else has said, around 4 months. Dogs swallow a lot of their baby teeth, so you may not find them. We have found at least 4 of Kai's baby teeth though. If you are playing tug of war or just playing in general and see blood from the gums, don't worry, it's completely normal. Just be sure to provide plenty of stuff for them to chew on during their teething months!
