Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule. |

| Hey guys, Yeti is about 10 weeks old and he will (quite literally) drink so much that he pukes. I guess spitting up would be the more appropriate thing to say, but he also throws up quite often (I think that is from eating weird things though). Has anybody ever had this problem? |

| Nova is really bad about it. She still will do it every once in a while if we don't watch her. We leave her food down so she can eat whenever she wants and we've come to realize that having something in her belly helps. Is it just liquid? Like no food to a very little food in the puke? Definitely contact your vet and see what he/she says you can always call them and get an opinion over the phone if you need to bring your puppy in to get checked out or not. That being said mine kept just telling us that its something that some puppies do and it will settle down as they get older, ours did tell we could try giving her some medicine and that helped as well. I have a friend whose a vet tech and he told me the same thing and also said something about too much bile and that's why they are doing I can't remember exactly, but I was calling him freaked out every time it happened. Try limiting his water, like only put a little in his bowl at a time so he can just gulp the whole thing down, if you are feeding kibble you can soak his food in water if you are worried he isn't getting enough water, and try feeding him more often a day ie if you are feeding him twice a day feed him three times a day if you can. Good luck. I hope it helps some. |

| Yeah that's all basically how its happening with him. And we try to limit his water now too. I figured it wasn't a very big deal but I thought it better to check and see than to not. Thanks though I appreciate it! |
