| Hi everyone my name is Ben. Just wanted to introduce myself and our lil husky family. I'll start off by telling how we ended up getting all of them. My brother in law was studying abroad in the Philippines and got Chance and Kayla while he was there. On a trip last year to visit family, my wife made arrangements to bring C+K back home with her because care for the dogs became very limited. (How stressful and costly it is to bring dogs overseas!) Since May last year, the 2 of them have been ours. We're not new to dogs, but new to the breed. So the last year and a half has definitely been a learning experience getting familiar with these 2 characters. It's been fun learning about them and their personalities. Earlier this year, I made the oops of letting both C+K out to the bathroom while I prepped their food. Well, we now have Lucky, our 3rd husky. The other pup in the litter went to my good friend. Needless to say, it's been quite an experience. A couple weeks ago, we decided to have both C+K fixed. We just couldn't take the risk of another oops on my part. It looks like this forum offers great ideas and friendship between other owners. We hope to learn more from all of you and look forward to getting to know you all. Below are a couple pics I found on the computer for now. And with that...good night everyone! | Thank you. It's been nice meeting everyone on here and talking husky. It's good to see that 'we're not alone'. I'm enjoying looking at all the pictures of all the huskies on here. You can really see their personalities from a single picture.
And yes, I'm really glad my wife made the choice to bring the 2 of them here. As expensive as it was get them here, it's all been worth it.
