| So I noticed my three month old Saya has a Rash on her stomach is the only place where I have noticed it I have not seen her scratching herself or anything but the rash is still there here are the pictures https://imgur.com/qU0bj
I want to know if this is serious before I run to the vet and waste a whole bunch of money without it being serious |

| It looks like contact allergies, like she rubbed on something her skin didn't like. Id give her a bath with a non detergent shampoo. If it looks like the skin is getting infected, I'd take her to the vet to get her on antibiotics. Skin infections can get out of control fast. Make sure your vet takes a swab sample to see if its yeast or bacteria organisms before prescribing an antibiotic; there are different meds for both.
ETA- if they don't take a sample to look at, dump them fast. They are treating outwardly without getting to the root of the problem. You want a vet that gets to the root, instead of the lazy ones that don't want to turn on the microscope.

| Have there been any changes in diet, any medication, hiking or generally any change in environment or something she could have gotten into? |

| I did switch her food abruptly something which I had to do since the one she was on is not available here in the US. Also as of lately the only difference is that we go to the parks in the morning and she gets to play there she is always rolling around the floor and playing with the grass, anything I can try before going ahead and taking her to the Vet? |

| What food? I don't think it's a food allergy, but you never know. Honestly, I would go with Brooke's suggestion and wash your pup down. |

| Bathe off the allergens or whatever is causing the reaction. The only hypoallergenic dog shampoo that I know of is by Virbac and is called Allergroom. It keeps the dogs protective lipid layer on the hair coat. |

| Thats really similar to what embrys groin looks right now. He got it once before around 5months. It was a long grass irriation.

| Siku's looked like that as a puppy and I found out the place I was taking her to puppy class had fleas really bad. I'm not sure if the red spots were from the fleas (what I assumed) or grass irritation, cause the trainer had nice grass. I'd check for fleas and bathe the dog. _________________ -Sara |

| Both Braiden and Skyla had that as puppies. My vet said it is normal for puppies to have this rash since their immune system isn't fully developed and it would go away as they get older. She was right. I did wipe them down with antiseptic wipes to keep it clean. |
