I will definitely making phone calls tomorrow!! We are glad to be out of there, now we're just really leery of the next place.

So hopefully this will be my last update!

We spoke with a lawyer and he said we have a very solid case. He said we are entitled to moving costs ($500), our cleaning costs ($500), repair costs ($81), and the difference between a new rent and the rent she was charging ($5400). For a grand total of $6481. Funny she was only offering to return $1350. Aren't I glad we spoke with the lawyer!! We had concerns because she claims to have no money, the lawyer said no problem we will put a lien on her condo. I can't wait to send her this letter! She has not gotten back to us since we told her about the boards decision. We spoke with her last on Wednesday the 22nd and she said she would send the $1350 she thinks she owes us right out, still no check. I'm thinking she's hoping we let this whole situation fall by the wayside, yeah right.

Also, we found a new place to live, great location and it has a yard!!! Luna has been over to it a few times and she seems to like it. The other great part is my parents live right down the street if we ever need a sitter . Now all I need to do is convince my other half that we need another Husky sibling for Luna!!!
