| I have on reserve a new in box DC24 Animal for $200 that I may be picking up this weekend. Should I get it or wait for a DC41 Animal to go on sale? Should a dc24 be good enough for the mess of shedding my pup will leave in her wake? I am also getting the grooming tool for the dyson. Has anyone actually compared the two? |

| I battled with myself all week on which to go with, I decided on the DC41 after comparing the DC35, 40 & 41.
Many of the Dyson vacs are 20% until Mothers Day, May 13th.
If you can get the DC24 for $200 jump on it, highly rated just not a "ball" model. |

| But the DC24 IS the "ball" model.

| Did just check the suction power and the DC41 is rated at 235AW (air watts... what hat means I have no idea) the DC24 is rated at 115AW. T he dust bin is tiny bin has only .19 gallon capacity the DC41 has .55 gal. Cord length is 20 ft. versus the DC41 at 35 feet.

| The tiny dust bucket is what shocked me, that is small and then you'll be emptying it numerous times each cleaning day.
I see one DC41 on Craigslist this morning asking $400 supposedly a duplicate wedding present sent email offering $350. I'm suppose to pick up my new one today so will give the peeps until noon to call me. |

| I also just bought the DC41 Animal and like Val i love it. Although you will have to empty it a lot more, it does suck up like no other. So i say spend a couple extra bucks and get the DC41 |

| I have the DC 24 and it really does have a small chamber. I think I at least empty it three times for my little living room. I still love it though, it does a great job, but if you can get the bigger one you should |

| I have done it.. I just got a Dyson dc41 off craigslist brand new in box for 330$! My mom vacuumed yesterday w her vacuum that was top of the line (3 years ago) and I tested out my DC41 today and well, this was the results, from only 2 rooms, living room and dining room... This this is amazing. I can't believe all that was left behind, I am scared to see after my room... |

| Yes, the one in the kit looks like the groom tool that I have. Looks like a pretty good deal considering how much the groom tool costs separately. _________________ |

| How do I get Mia used to being around the vac? whenever it is on she goes nuts! Makes it really difficult to brush her. I basically turn the vac off when i brush her and only attach it to suck the fur. but makes sucking the loose hairs that aren't grabbed by the bristles too easy to miss. |
