Forum Rules | 1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect. 2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff. 3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned. 4. Signatures: One picture only and no links. Images: To keep the forum looking neat and tidy, we ask that members insert just one picture only in their signatures. The picture should be no more than 200x500 pixels and should be of an appropriate subject, for example, your dogs and their names. Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Links: Hyperlinks in signatures--unless to a personal blog or photo stream of your dogs (like Flckr or Piscasa, for example)--are strictly prohibited. Please PM a staff member with any questions or concerns regarding this rule. |

| Can anyone tell me how to get to the options/settings on this forum, or how to have your email address changed? If nothing else how to delete an account so you could re-create it with the desired settings? Thanks, |

| Can you see the white bar under the logo :Home Calendar FAQ Search Members Groups Profile!?
It might show little x's instead. That's what it does on my other computer, but you should still be able to click on it. _________________ -Sara |

| I guess that's what I'm missing. Under the logo I see a blue space, then a white bar with scrolling text in it saying:
Congratulations, Bella and Ceara! Bella is our March HOTM winner! Stay tuned for May's theme! The forum has a new Chat Room! Click here to enter and check out the "Who's Chatting?" box on the right to see who's in the room!
Then below that is just the forum. I'm using IE 6 and Firefox 10. IE 6 is even more screwed up looking, but that thing is hopeless. I'm guessing maybe it only works with a later version of IE and not with Firefox at all. |

| No, I'm one of those smartphone hold outs. Still rocking a 3 year old flip phone. I'll try a diff browser or my laptop later. Thanks for the responses. I appreciate your trying to help. |

| Do you have javascript disabled?
Edit 1: Never mind, if you see the scrolling text you have javascript enabled... This is peculiar indeed.
Edit 2: Duh, Riley, Duh. I'm guessing you are at work (what with IE 6 and all), which means you are behind a firewall? It's probably preventing the images from loading because it thinks they are a "pop-up." Silly firewalls can cause problems. It's probably because the table (row of images/links) is generated based on if you are signed in or not. So it's like new content being pushed like a "pop-up" would be. ... uh ... I'm sorry if this was more than you cared to know.

| Yep, that did it. Thanks for the help.
Only thing is, it looks like there's no way to change the email address associated with the account. I won't be sing that address anymore. I can easily just create a new profile I suppose. Anyone know if there's a way to delete your account for neatness sake? |
