| Sierra was a big cuddler when she was a younger pup....teething has the best of her lately. Poor thing 4 teeth (that we know of) last week alone. She cuddles on her own terms. However, she has been doing the funniest little thing as of late....I massage her hips and I gently rubbed her belly underneath and she is now lifting her leg so that you gently rub the inside of her hind legs....little hussy! |

| Our big guy, Lars, is a serious cuddler but only when sleeping and only with my wife, which is kind of funny since he is my dog and follows me around everywhere (when not following the love of his life, his sister Luca). He will jump up on the couch with us, as well, plopping his huge 60 pounds on us. He generally likes to sit on me. I am 6 ft 4 and 275 so it is fine but my wife is a tiny thing so... Lars' big thing is hugging. HUGE hugging. He will come over and put his arms on/around you and tuck his head into your neck. He could do that all day! Me too! |

| Ha! Cuddling Is that even a thing? =P
My husky hates being hugged, lifted up, cuddling or really petting for the most part. =P...And when you wake up in the morning don't even try to touch him until you've fed him =P.
I find he's much more lovable when he's super tired or when he wants something or needs to go out or when he's sleeping at night. Otherwise don't even bother. Though at 1 year, I will say and my family agrees he's slowly getting a bit more affectionate =D
I'm kind of jealous of your huskies but I'd also like his independence. |

| Nova is a huge cuddler. She wants to be touching us at all times, even right now I'm sitting at our kitchen bar and she is sitting underneath me. But petting her...thats something she can do without, she really does not enjoy being petted. |

| Kota has her moments. She only wants cuddles on her own terms. But she won't push me away if I want cuddles. Sometimes she will jump on the couch and put her head on my leg while I watch tv to let me know she wants cuddles. Once she is done, she jumps off the couch and goes to her comfy spot to sleep on her back. Oh, these huskies. lol. |

| Bourbon is so independent however he does love his ears scratches and he gets hugs to get the ear scratches. But at bedtime he jumps in bed and gets close not quite cuddles but he wants his attention. But once he gets it he heads to out of reach zones. Kind of like a cat. But he gives kisses on demand and when he wants also.
Vlad has been the cuddle artist since he was born. I was in a unique situation that I got to meet Vlad very young and he took to falling asleep on me. He now gets in bed and spoons, jumps on the couch and lays on me and has even done the full lay sprawled out head to toe paw to paw on me! He also gives hugs and slides his face over my cheeks then does a head rest on shoulder thingy. He does not give any kisses though. |
