Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! | I bought a male siberian husky from another person. I pitied the dog coz he was all alone inside a very small cage wherein only 2 chickens can fit. It was horrible. After 2 weeks that my dog, OBAMA, has stayed with me, he suddenly goes into seizure. Vet says he's epileptic. Stupid past owners never said anything to me. They were just after the money.
Question: My sister has another female husky whom she wants to breed with my male, but thinking of the fact the he has epilepsy, can he still breed when he's on his normal state? |

| No, you wouldn't want to pass that down to his puppies. Epilepsy is common with Huskies as is... there's no reason to create a litter where those chances are even greater. Please, neuter your male _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! Join our facebook meetup group! |

| Either a troll, or a really uneducated person who is looking to make some money. The name would say it all. Mafia and Obama, really? |

| In case they are serious - and in case anyone lurking doesn't know how heartbreaking epilepsy in a dog is - please read about this puppy with seizures that was dumped at 5 weeks 2 days after Christmas by either the backyard breeder or horrible new owner: http://fivesibes.blogspot.com/2012/01/helping-hero.html
While it turned out the source of his seizures wasn't epilepsy, the symptoms and treatments were the same.
If this person is serious, the fivesibes website has their own epi-husky can can provide support and information. |
