| Thank you so much for sharing! You have the most adorable piggies! Very nice setup you have there too. Are the two levels connected? I have a jumper so I cannot leave the top open like that, my male (Rocky) can easily jump twice the height of our C&C cage. Ours is 2x4 grids and we do fleece bedding as well, switching to fleece was the best decision ever! I was going to link to a thread with my pigs but apparently I never posted one on this forum. Weird, I've posted about my piggies so many times on different forums I must have lost track. _________________ |

| Thank you! I wanted to keep the bottom open to, but we have kids and Smokey, so it being that high they cant get to it. I know I love fleece so much. I do it lazy though. I need to vaccume it. Yes, the two levels are connected with a ramp. Since you are a piggy lover I have to share this site if you have not already seen it http://jenscustomcrafts.com/ I have like 7 things from her and she donates part of every purchase to a different rescue each month. |

| Such handsome piggies! And that's sooo neat that you got to raise one from birth! I haven't gotten any more since my last boy, Orion, passed away. He was brown and looked a lot like Bella, too! But he had a big nose and hair on his forehead that stuck out like a unicorn horn. Oh! She sort of has it, too, now that I look again! I miss that guy, even if he was a jerk. :3 My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting a chinchilla when we move to a cooler climate. I've never had one, but I love how they look like real life Pokemon! |

| Great piggies, I can't touch them my eyes get all itchy and red and I start sneezing. I miss our chins, they were fun to have but it did not work with the huskies as much as we tird so we had to rehome them, it was a sad day. I also miss my ferrets and know we can't have them either.... _________________ |

| Here are a few pics of my piggies for you! This is Jasmine when she was a baby in January 2008, she was our first guinea pig. Jasmine all grown up, she still has her little white rosette on her head even though it's not showing in this pic: Our second piggy, Minnie, sadly she passed away in November 2010. Our third piggy, Rocky, is a rescue that we were fostering but after 24 hrs in our home we couldn't let him go. And the trio... Left to right: Jasmine, Minnie, Rocky Left to right: Minnie, Jasmine, Rocky And last but not least their cage setup... _________________ |

| i have that same cub set at home, never thought of turning it into a cage, what a great idea you both had, or is that floating around on some site? either way great and cheap way to get a big cage.
i cried the day i sold my 3 story cage knowing i would never have any more fur balls. i did keep the one small cage i used for shows just in case one day i needed it. _________________ |

It's on several different guinea pig sites and forums since the majority of pet store cages are way too small for guinea pigs. They're called C&C cages, composed of cubes and coroplast. Cube grids to make the cage and corrugated plastic (aka coroplast) to make the bottom and sides. Guinea pig forums have been a lifesaver! _________________ |

| Wow, those are both very nice cage set-ups. AND THE BABIES! First time I've seen a baby piggie... so adorable! It's easy to tell the both of you really love your guinea pigs, that's such a nice thing to see. I've come across some very horrible set-up's for g. pigs, rats, etc. and it's refreshing to see people who truly put forth the time and effort into making our smaller animal friends happy and healthy. Good job! |

Isn't it terrrible? Our rescue, Rocky, came from not so great living conditions before he came to us. He lived in a TINY cage where he barely had room to take a few steps, his owners didn't bother cleaning his cage often enough, and his water bottle was filled with mold. Absolutely horrible how some people can treat their pets. _________________ |

| Awe I love your piggys!!! I love that picture when you are holding all 3 of them. The face on the middle one is like the face my Bella has when I do that do her to lol. I have a super soft spot for crested pigs. I did have 6 pigs not long ago, but I gave 2 a mom and daughter(I also got to see the birth) to a friend who lost her two pigs, and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed with 6 and I knew they would be happy with her and they are sp happy, so I know I mad the right choice. Everyone is happier that way. They get more attention, my pigs get more attention, have more room, and none of mine really liked those two that much. I am just so happy they are happy.
Oh I know guinea pig forums were a life saver. Most people that know me wont even start talking about petstore cages, because they know it gets me going about it not being enough space. I will post more more pictures of everyone now.
You camera takes awesome pigtures! I have that same purple bowl to! You could build a stand for it if you wanted it up off the floor. |

| All of the photos are ADORABLE! I'm in cavy heaven right now! Man, I couldn't imagine taking care of six at one time. Three is my limit...and really I much prefer two. lol I LOVE the Christmas picture with all six though, how cute! The pups are so cute, that would probably scare the daylights out of me having such tiny things scurrying about. I love watching videos on youtube of guinea pig pups.
I like Eve's color, very pretty. Is Darwin neutered then? _________________ |

| I love playing videos of guineas wheeking and chirping on my laptop near my own piggies. It's so funny to hear and watch them respond by wheeking back and start looking for the other piggies. _________________ |

| I like doing that to. Fiona was a crazy little girl. She about jumped out of the cage, got her head stuck in the cage bars and got stuck in a toilet paper roll in her cage all about 3jumped hours after birth. She was always vocal and when any other pig started walking to her she starts screaming like they are killing her. My friend says she still does it. |

| I'm really enjoying this thread, lol. I've always loved g. piggies but have never owned one personally. I would definitely want at least 2, but 3 sounds even better. How can I even be considering this? >_< This forum gets you into trouble!! |
