| I love having a christmas tree but I don't feel confident enough to put one up this year. Maybe next year when my two are a bit older. I love how you decorated your tree....very pretty. |

| Awww so cute!!! This year will be Kody's first year around a Christmas tree. Well, actually no, I'm totally lying....lol. We brought him home on Dec 4th and we already had our xmas tree up, but he was a puppy and didn't really notice it. Plus it was already there when he got here. Let's see how he does with it this time around. We're getting ours this weekend I have some Christmas pictures that I could share, but I would be ruining it for those who participated in the holiday card exchange |

| it's both our girls first time around a Christmas tree. Ghost is doing really good for the most part. We caught her nibbling a couple times, but after being scolded 2-3 times she's leaving it alone. Lulu, on the other hand, must really want me to strangle her. She keeps walking back and forth under the lowest branches trying to scratch her back. I'm getting pissed because it's actually tearing up the tree really bad. The damn dog just doesn't get it. It's pretty much continuous, and no amount of yelling and squirting from the spray bottle seems to be getting through her thick little skull.
We did get some good pictures today, and as soon as I steal them from Aaron's camera I will post them. _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | Here are ours. We had quite the time getting all 4 fur kids to behave long enough to get the picture taken, but a nearly 2 hour play session immediately before the picture helped a lot with Ghost. She was too tired to misbehave This one was actually the last picture taken, where Gremlin decided he'd had enough and jumped out of my lap: And this is the one we are using for our holiday cards. Yeah, the cats look pissed, and I'm surprised they didn't pee on us or try to murder us in our sleep for making them take the picture: _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | You guys are motivating me to dig my tree out.
Although... everyone seems to have a whole lot less ornaments on their trees then what I'm used to. Do you guys simply know something I don't?
Should I be prepared that a certain someone is going to go crashing into my tree and ruin everything? >_> |

| Ghost has been good, by and large. The only problem is when she's in a playful mood and one of the cats is under the tree. Lulu has been a problem with it though, she keeps walking back and forth under the low branches scratching herself. Like constantly. No amount of correction is sinking in on this one either, and it's tearing up the tree _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | Our Christmas photo....let me tell ya, I don't know how you got your dogs to pose! It took forever to get them to do this. Kierra and I were laughing so hard cause the dogs just wanted to eat the antlers. |

| Here are a few from last year. No tree for us this year. We usually get a real tree, but we would have no one to water it while we go back home to Wisconsin for a week or so. Sniffing the tree. Looking for presents! |
