| So im out walking Sierra and Jack this morning and some people are outside their home. they look at me look at the dogs and then here it comes...
People: are they male and female
Me: Yes
People: are you breeding them?
Me: No that should be left to the professionals, and i keep walking.
it takes all my will to not go into a huge rant about breeding, just because humans can go and get knocked up by who ever that does not mean you can just take any dog and mate them, for MONEY!
end rant... _________________ |

| I agree, leave it to the professionals. I just got my boy, and he still has hs goods, but he will be loosing them asap. I would never even consider breeding him just because he is pretty! The thougt of little neo puppies running around makes me shudder. |

| Ohhh I always get this:
"Ohhh! Is that mommy and daddy with the puppies?!"
No.
"Oooohhhh it's a whole litter then!!"
/facepalm
Although I don't think i'd mind keeping an entire litter to myself... lol _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! Join our facebook meetup group! |

| Jenn, that's better than being asked to breed your dog to theirs! One of the comments (sometimes I get it in the form of a question) I get all the time about my pack: "Look at the momma dog and her puppies!" _________________ |

| I'm asked, 'Are they fixed?' My reply, 'Of course! I would not contribute to the pet over population, ever! And the people who do, do not deserver to keep any pets!'

| Crazy. I've only had that comment maybe five times ever. I thought I was gonna read the ol', "who's walking who?" thing. Or my personal number one, "are these all yours?" |

| When Koda was 7 months we took him on a walk around the block one day and seriously 3 people asked if he was fixed/if we wanted to breed to their female. Noooooo thank you! |

| I love it when the people downtown are scared of a little "wolf dog." My favorite is "Isn't it to hot for him here?" Ummm yeah they said that about Shania too. She slept under the covers and who said that they stayed outside longer then do their business. There aren't any couches outside lol
We lived in the desert back when Shadow was still a puppy. Shania got loose and Shadow followed. The MPs were chasing them. The next day in the bank the ladies in front of me were talking about the coyote and her pup that the MPs were chasing. Yeah......those were my huskies. |

She makes it look way to easy. I'm sure after watching her handle 4 huskies people must think handling one is a breeze. |

| I get asked if mine are malamutes all the time. I've also been recently asked by two seperate set of parents if mine were wolves and their child corrected them before I could even say anything. I wanted to give the last a kid a high five. He was like "geesh dad, it's a husky: Cracked me up! When I first got Willow I did have several people ask if i was going to breed her with Dakota. I don't really get why that is the assumption when you get a second dog. |
