That depends on how much you value your life... We always joke Appa needs a red velvet chair with that head tilt photo. He looks like a snobby rich kid. We think it was the self timer beep that caused the tilt, we couldn't hear it at the time, it was super windy at that lake. It was basically at the summit of a hike and the wind was ripping past. I'll post more photos, I had no idea there was such a desire for Appa photos. The ball stretching photo is easily one of my favorites. I love his toe on the top like "aallllmmmmoooossttt ggoooottttt iittttt". He didn't get it. |

| We've been doing some bikejoring lately, but thought we'd try out some ... trikejoring? Needless to say, it was fun. No action shots since we were alone tonight, maybe next time. But here's the setup. |

| He's 14 months now. Going to the vet today, expecting to hear he's too thin again... He only eats so much, I can't force it. |

| Wow, Maggie is a whole 5 inches shorter than Appa! That would explain the similar proportions, but Appa having that much weight on her. |

| Trikejoring, huh? Nice. Is that seriously the view from your house? I'm insanely jealous. One of these years I'll get to look at more than longleaf pine trees... _________________ Shadow's Blog Canine Hydrocephalus Support on Facebook "Being the parent of a special-needs pet means living your life constantly poised on the edge of a double-edged sword. | Updates! Again, no particular order. Some are good, some are phone photos, and others are instagram photos - so they are all processed and squared out. Either way they're fun! His favorite spot, and position. Always with the paw over the edge. He only sleeps like this when he's REALLY tired, otherwise he's totally sprawled out and usually not on his bed. At the vet for a routine checkup. No temperature reading this time, he hates that (for good reason). Hanging out with the niece when we babysat. Lovin' the little snow we got. My wife doesn't need to work anymore, so she gets to stay home with the pup. Sometimes he doesn't like it when she tries to do anything besides play with him. The "sit on whatever you are trying to do" method is very effective. Looking handsome. Holding hands. When we first brought him home he would require my wife to hold is paw when we were going to bed or waking up. It seemed to calm him down a lot. He'll still do it at times. Sleepin' This was an afternoon of tug-of-war with my wife. Just standing up like a human. When you pick him up he goes really ... pliable, he doesn't fight it at all, but just kinda freezes like "holy crap, what's happening?!" |
