Make up your mind - I'm not doing this again. In or out! I hear the door shut. I hear Ami walking away, husband following. Husband sounds grumpy as he declares "f**k off." Stomp, stomp stomp as, I presume, they both return to the kitchen

But man, let me tell you I know he he feels. Avalanche stands by the door, sometimes it's to let me know he wants out, sometimes he's just watching the other critters out there ... and I'm supposed to know the difference. "Do you REALLY want out, this time?"

Ugh, Kasper won't really go outside well for hubby unless he is desperate to pee. He's getting better, but when we first got him he would try to let him out and he just wouldn't go for him. Her is untrusting of men and we've had to work through that a lot with him. Now kenzi on the other hand will signal she wants out, then as soon as you let her out she signals she wants back in about as soon as you get back to your chair. I've learned to make her ask to come in at least twice because it's totally possibly you will get right back up to let her in because she asked and then she will be gone by the time you get back to the door. They can be so frustrating.
