| So I stayed around 160 for a while and then I don't even know WHAT happened. But I nearly gained it all back. Made me so frustrated.
Have been seriously back for about a month or so now and have completely eliminated all wheat from my diet. It makes me bloat and gain weight so quickly. Eventually I may work it back in but for now it's out.
Mostly I'm eating lean meats, veggies, limited salt, fruit, and only yogurt once daily. Dairy doesn't do well with me either. Dropped almost 10lbs and was at 176 last Friday.
Trying to stay away from goals and calories because I become obsessive and then freak over it. My only goal I have is to not gain while in CA as well as run nearly daily while I'm out there. Here we go again! _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! Join our facebook meetup group! |

| You do NOT look like you weigh 176 I would have said about 140! So you either your scale is crazy or your hide it very well Seriously though, if you just keep up the running and eating right the pounds melt away. It took me about 3 years to be where I am now! You can do it! |

| 173.4 today so happy, my clothes already fit better and I just generally FEEL better during the day. So glad I dumped wheat. If I never have pasta again I won't even care lol I haven't woken up with congestion or anything since dropping it. _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! | Just seeing this, good job for knowing where you messed up and what to do to make it better. I'm pisses I have been stuck at 143 when I had dropped to 133 but I will say one thing, being out of the gym for over a month the scale did not move but man did things go soft and that was not cool, I would much rather be at my tone 143 then the flabby one. Keep up the good food and running and enjoy life, counting thigs suck and I stopped as it to was driving me crazy. Nothing is better then the feeling of ur clothes getting losser. You will get back or under the 160 soon enought _________________ |

| Sunday night (after 10 days of vacation!) I saw the lovely number of 168.6! I lost weight while being on vacation!!! And that was with eating out nearly every meal! I have had no processed foods, no wheat, no sugar, and most recently no dairy. The only thing I miss is yogurt I ended up getting super sick while on vacation after having a big bowl of yogurt and granola. I hadn't had dairy in about a week at that point, when I was having some nearly every day before we had left. Going to try to introduce some back because I'm really lacking on protein I can throw in my shakes! Speaking of shakes... I'm addicted to green smoothies. Whenever I get home from an AM run I make up a spinach/almond milk smoothie with a fruit of some sort and usually almonds for crunch topped off with chia. They're always delicious! _________________ Force Free Training ThreadCheyenne, Mishka, Mickey, Rodeo, & Odin Are you a Husky owner in South Florida?! Join our facebook meetup group! |
