I just saw this puppy of Paul Logan and asked my self about his breed!look so much strange!

That pup looks like a Husky and by definition all colors and patterns are allowed except for merle ... while he's a really cute pup I don't think I've seen a Sibe spotted in quite that fashion.

<teasing, I think> maybe a cross between a Husky and a Dalmatian??

Aussie shepherd or cattle dog mix maybe the color and the blue eyes. Doesnt actually look much like a husky at all

I don't know, @Lostmaniac ... once you get past the point that he's probably about 3-4 months old (maybe?) and the colors which are really odd for a Husky, he's looks pretty Husky-ish to me.

But that color - looks almost like a black and white merle pattern ....

Maybe husky/aussie shepherd The face and color look aussie but the ears are wrong for an aussie but right for aussie cattle dog aka blue or red heeler.

Color makes me think of the almost 6 year what is splinter discussion. I call him a terrier but hes red merle and red and his tail curls over his back. His face and neck and top of the shoulders have different hair then the rest of his body.... the world may never know but guessing is fun.

Structurally the dog looks pretty husky, but the coat screams aussie. If it was a heeler of some kind you would see it more structurally but the australian shepherd dna can hide a bit behind husky. You will likely see the coat lengthen with age and spots might dull a bit.

I have a similar question about my new puppy from the shelter. We were told he was an Akita mix, but I have had several Akita’s and he looks and acts nothing like them. His ears are much bigger and more narrow, his build is very light and thin, he cries like a whale and super high energy and affectionate. All of these traits seem more much like a husky than Akita. He is seven months old and only weighs 35 lb. He has some spots on tummy pink and black and a few black freckles on his white legs like Akita markings but for all other purposes looks more husky. Would love your thoughts. He is the smartest dog I have ever owned and such a pleaser.
