2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.
3. Respect ALL Staff and Admins. These people volunteer of their time and MUST be respected as well as their word adhered to. They are responsible for maintaining a free, open, clear and organized forum. Anyone found to be openly undermining any official ruling by a staff member will be warned.

Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! Hey, what's up guys!

This is the puppy I plan on buying in the upcoming week! I am very excited and eager to bring him home. The breeder says he is a purebred Agouti colored pup. I just wanted to make sure he is an Agouti colored pup and also what you guys think from your best knowledge and experience.
Thanks!

We do have people who can give you a good answer, but the forum has it's good days and it's bad days. Sometimes there seem to be messages every time I turn around and other times (like now) with two message so far today and four yesterday it just seem slow.
@Twisterii is knowledgeable, I think, and she's on most mornings....

Agouti coloration individual hairs b banded, ie, if you examine a single hair will find one color, typically black at the base of the hair, a different color in the middle and the black on the tips. It is this banding the hairs define agouti. A "dirty face" husky the pup here, does not necessarily mean the dog is also agouti though typically agouti will have a dirty face. I cannot tell from the picture is this pup in agouti - you would need to examine the individual hairs to make determination.

My mostly husky has the Agouti coat. Each hair has tan at the base, then cream in the middle, and black at the tips in her adult coat, the remainder of her puppy coat is just tan then black because it's still short. If you're visiting the puppy in person it's easy enough to check.
