Ear placement can differ, of course, but your internet pic, the pup looks to me to be a bit older than your pup, see how much longer it's legs are? Also, the pup looks focused on something, possibly the photographer was doing something to get its attention, or it was watching something off in the distance, in any event, the pup is focused on something, and ears will be up and forward (the communication thing both Amy and I mentioned). The first pic you posted of your pup, she is more relaxed, she is not alert and focused on something, she looks more like the breeder got her attention by saying something, and reacted by listening/looking at the breeder/the camera. she is just a baby, adjusting to her new home and her new people, just give her some time.
