Forum Rules
1. Here we prefer clarity to agreement. Obviously not everyone is going to agree on a topic; here we prefer to talk out our differences in a respectful manner to ensure mutual understanding and respect.
2. Read the Stickies and Announcements. Each sub-forum may have specific rules which trump the Forum Rules in cases where there may be conflicting information. Read the rules of each board before you post so that you are clear on the expectations of the staff.

This man is reported to be still trying to acquire Huskies, now looking out of state, particularly on Craig's list. Please help publicise

From Hudson valley humane society FB post

Louis Jerome Adler, age 75, and his spouse, Dorothy Adler, age 72, were both arrested today for a total of 44 counts of cruelty to animals specifically NYS Agriculture & Markets Law: 22 counts of Section 353 and 22 counts of Section 356. On June 22, 2017 the HVHS seized 21 live dogs, mostly Huskies or Husky-mixes, from their home at 13 Chestnut Street in Stony Point, NY. On July 10, 2017 another dog was removed for a total of 22 dogs. At least 10 deceased dogs were removed from the location. The Adler's are due in court on Tues., Aug. 22, 2017.
