Zelda is such a character, and has had me rolling in laughter since I've had her. Some of her quirks include:
1) Almost exclusively sleeping belly up
2) Pretending to pee on her potty pad to get treats (when she was younger)
3) ALWAYS having to have at least one paw on me when we're laying down
4) Staring at me while I sleep, then getting hyper and excited as soon as I wake up and make eye contact.
5) Tripping and falling when she runs too fast, then stops and poses as if nothing happened.
6) She gives me side eye when I tell her no!!!!
There are plenty more, but those are some off the top of my head haha. I'd love to hear about anybody else's little weirdos lol.

Rorschach can be a goof.

1. Scared of garbage bags. He makes a wide arc away from garbage bags. Garbage day morning walks are interesting.
2. Compelling desire to attack ALL leaves. Walks in the fall can be tiresome to say the least.
3. Does not take commands very well (compared to other dogs I've had) but is the most obedient dog I've ever seen if there is food in my hand.
4. Will try to eat everything and anything on a walk. Pinecones, rocks, bottle caps, scraps of plastic, literally anything.
5. Has a strong desire to put his front paws on people, but knows it's wrong, so he will just get really close to people and stand on his hind legs.
6. Loves to run, jump, and play, but is a bumbling awkward idiot. He trips, misjudges jumps, and runs headlong into trees, walls, etc.

Ami ASKS to be handfed - I'll put his kibble in his bowl and, unless Archer is around, more times than not, he will stand and look at me, look at his bowl, lick his chops and look back at me until I come feed him - if I'm doing other stuff - he'll walk over to me, "woof" and walk back to his bowl and look at me. He gets really happy excited when I sit down in front of him with the bowl in my lap.

He also is a weirdo where cuddling/close contact/petting is concerned. If I sit beside him, he promptly gets up and moves about 5 ft away. Except...sometimes when we're watching the movie, he'll get down from his side of the couch, walk over to my side and either paw at me or "woof" and then walk back to his side, jump up and wait for me to sit beside him and pet him (it's a big, L-shaped sectional - Wayne has the middle, I have the left side and Ami has the right). Sometimes he'll even come get me in the kitchen to come sit beside him...but if I'm not "asked" don't even think about it

There are many "weird" quarks that kenzi has that I didn't have to deal with growing up, but the strangest is when she lays on her back and kicks her legs while honking like a goose. She will do this regardless of if you are in the room to watch her. I've been woken up in the middle of the night because I can hear her in the living room doing this. I think it's how boredom manifests for her.

That's too funny haha

Harlow doesn't have any weird quirks that I know of yet but she does bang her head into walls constantly when she whips her body around as if she didn't know it was there

Balto has a few. He sleeps on his back but usually only when he is next to me in the office. In the bed, on the couch or on the floor in the living room, he sleeps on his stomach.

Balto is almost 5 months old, and 30 pounds. Multiple times a day he wants me to pick him up, hold him and cuddle. Of course I do every time!

Every time we go into the bedroom to take a nap or go to sleep for the night, as soon as I lay down he comes over and kisses my face like crazy and cuddles with me. He's such a big cuddle bug! (Which I wasn't expecting when we got him!)

When I take him for a walk, after we get back, he loves to jump onto a pile of snow and rub his face in it.

Balto reminds me of my 2 year old son. My 2 year old will copy whatever his big brother is doing. Balto does the same thing and copies whatever his sister Sugar is doing (shes's almost 6 months and is a 13 pound american eskimo)

Lastly, whenever Balto goes outside into the fenced in yard, he's outside for less than 5 minutes. He would rather be inside with me lol

We haven't weighed Harlow in a few weeks and shes currently 5 1/2 months old so be interested to see how much she weighs I'd say similar. Harlow is the complete opposite and hates being cuddled lol. When we say kisses she does come and lick our mouths which is quite cute

Lol Zelda gets suppperrrrr cuddly when she gets in the bed too. She also gets jealous if I'm on my phone texting. She'll paw at the phone and stick her head in between my arms to block the screen lol.

I've only had Koda for 3 weeks, but already he has quite a few quirks.

1) He loves the bathtub he will go in the bathroom and whine for me to put him in the bath (no water)
2) He steals things on our walks, he came back with $2 today.
3) He likes to put water in his mouth and "throw" it.
4) He likes to try to frame his sister for stuff, so he will go and grab dirty clothes and drag them to Layla's kennel to roll on them.
5) He rolls his eyes.

Probably my favorite is how Lucy thinks she needs to attack EVERY bird we see while jogging...it screws up my jogging rhythm but it's worth the amusement to see her get sooo excited!

Oh my goodness yes....the eye rolling!! Lol. I've heard so many other Husky parents say that their pups do the same thing. Zelda is super sassy!

Lol adorable! Zelda stops in her tracks and looks at me anytime she sees any other animal that isn't a dog. She just seems super confused and looks like she want some me to help somehow lol.

1. Zhukov "Hoots". He doesn't bark, he hoots...
2. He will grab my hand with his mouth, and move it to where he wants to be petted. My other dogs
have always moved their body around my hand.
3. First thing in the morning, he runs out into the yard and sits under a tree waiting for a squirrel to
come down and play with him. He will sit there for a long time waiting....
4. He watches tv with me. Eyes on the screen, moving his head from side to side, and if he hears a dog
barking, he hoots at it.
5. If I am petting Colby, he will grab my other hand with his mouth and just sit there and stare at me
until I pet him. He holds onto my hand until I pet him. Also, I better not stop petting him until I
stop petting Colby.
6. He hates bath time. He refuses to come into the bathroom if the water in the tub is on.
He glares at me when he gets a bath.

First, gotta love the name Zelda...been having so much fun playing BOTW

Anyway, hmmmm where to start.
Mylo has interesting quirks alright..here we go:

-Is NOT scared of fireworks or thunder
but is terrified of plastic bags, brooms, and vacuums.

-Hates men with hats/shades/deep voices
but loves females.

-Wet surface problems (grass): he will get on wet grass to pee with no problem
but pooping on wet grass is a extreme problem for him...he will hold it as long as possible
until he HAS to let it out. One time there was a bad storm and he, almost 2yrs old at the time..pooped
in the house..

-Sometimes he won't eat unless my gf is near him, at times he wants her to "trigger" him to eat
purposely turns back and throws a fit.
Example: Mylo take it! He goes to bowl, gf leaves room, he stops eating and goes to find her or waits
until she comes back.

-He knows when were exiting to visit one of our friends that he loves very much.
When were exiting the freeway its like he knows or smells something even though we'll still have about 2 more miles until we arrive to our friends house.

-When we are waiting at the vet, he is calm and good.
but when they call his name...he starts to kinda goes towards the exit door lol

-If we have been gone for more than 4 hours, the first thing he does when we enter the house is cuss us out (howl) lol

-Loves being on the bed even though he clearly feels hot after a while.
also loves being very snuggled up next to his momma's leg (my gf)

-Has never digged on dirt only on the bed

-He never developed the leg up pee technique

Hmmm thats about all I can think of, all the obvious ones at least

The eating thing reminds me of kenzi. She, when she is eating normal, will wait to eat until she gets a hug and quick back scratch. Once she has that then she eats.

Now that I've had Kye a little longer some of his quirks are coming out more. He lays like a pancake. All four legs kick out to the side (one of the things that tipped us off to possible HD) so that he is as flat to the floor as possible. He also sloshes water EVERYWHERE when he gets a drink. I swear, more water ends up on the floor than he actually drinks.

HAHAHAHA! I am a Police Officer, and whenever I come home in uniform, Zhukov hides in his crate until I get changed. However, in the morning while I am getting all geared up, he is jumping all over me, like he wants to go chase bad guys. On that note, I KNOW that if someone came in and started stabbing me, he would run around and jump and hoot.... when me and my son wrestle he just hops around and hoots and tries to hump me.

The funniest thing my dog Cody does is if I am giving my other doggies scratches he will stop what he is doing run to us and sadly stare into our eyes and put his fluffy paw on the hand I am scratching with. As if the other dogs are stealing his supply of scratches.  

Cody also spots the ladies that bring treats to the dog parks and acts adorable around them, steals their heart and all their treats    

Oh and he's probably a part raccoon, because he will eat anything, garbage, try to sneak a rotting banana peel on a walk.


My other baby Jasper always has to be the majestic good boy.

I've been watching Kohdi doing something...strange I guess...for awhile now. When he goes outside, he takes a toy with him. He walks this toy out super slow, like he is walking on egg shells, carrying this toy like its a fragile piece of china. Then, he sets it down super gently, and walks away from it. One funny side note...half the time, after he sets it down so very very gently, and walks away from it, his paws hit it and it takes a few tumbles...it's funny to me cuz after being so gentle with it, it gets smacked around a bit at the end. He will never take it back inside, sometimes there are 4 or 5 toys out there he's brought.
