You can give him a tablespoon or two of canned pumpkin and it should help, but chances are it's the food. Puppy chow is not a very good food and can give a lot of puppies issues. A lot of huskies have grain allergies which puppy chow is rife with along with corn, all things that can upset young tummies. Try finding a grain free food and slowly swapping him over. What did the vets say and what meds has he been on? Were they treating him for parasites or just giving him probiotics?

Grain free kibble with limited ingredients is always a safe bet, especially since he is only 10 wks.. if you buy the canned pumpkin, make sure it's 100% pure with NO sugar... i always buy a pumpkin, peel it, cut it into chunks and boil it, then mash it. I freeze what I don't use... my dog loves it...
