Week 26!


Vlad got to swim with a life vest at another fundraiser and he LOVES it!



Then we had a playdate at a friends and the boys were posing!!

Week 27 the halfway mark!!!!
We start with a bad picture but Vlad got his head stuck!!!!!! the Little shxx

But we got him out and gave him a tendon

all because he just complained and complained afterwards!!!!

Another H2M2 meet!

lol, i cant believe that his head fit in there. he is very cute with his chin on his foot. nice pic of the the H2M2 meetup.

yep the head was a perfect fit when he tilted sideways but normal straight veiwing had the jaw bones totally in the way. So he slipped in but it took some convincing to get him to turn his head sideways to get it out and he still whined. It was a tad funny when he moved the chair on his on.

That "getting stuck" is a panicky feeling huh!!! My past husky, Blitz, got his head stuck in an empty plastic mayonnaise type jar (Costco) and everytime I tried to free him, his neck stretched like a spaghetti noodle! I ran up the street to a neighbor friend with this husky puppy with a jar stuck to his head (he looked like a lil alien, LOLOL.) so I could get help freeing him. I say, if you make it with a husky thru puppyhood, whatever they throw at you as an adult will be cake, haha.

Week 28 was skipped due to vacation sorry. But I got him into the vet for a weigh in when I got back and at 28 weeks old he is 55 lbs!!!

Week 29 has been eventful

ahh let me out mom!
All weekend Bourbon and Vlad wanted to wrestle constantly! So they were a bit inseparable!



We ran up to the next town to visit a friend at a park event so that she could check out this chunkier! He was the only one awake for the 10 miles ride home!!! HAHA the children at the adoption event just loved the pack and the malamute we went to visit. Just getting love and pets for 1.5 hours while on leashes exhausted them for the rest of the night!!! (he passed out as soon as he got home.)

he is grow so fast, love that dark red coat. Leo also turn that color haha. they look like they are have so much fun wrestling; love the foot nibble pic hehe.

Week 30
We had a playdate with Abby and Cassie again last week. That means Q, Maya, Kay, Sophie, Luka and mine!!!









Then we had an Ohio H2M2 meet with an ice pool



And of course we had to take a picture of the ride home!!!

Zoe he might get that height. Bourbon is 25" and a lot of leg and Vlad is closing in on his back height but has short legs he is all chest right now. I would not be surprised if he adds height from now on.

Week 32 finds us with Vlad taking care of mama when she had a dermatitis flair up (yucky swollen ankles and rashy shines). Had to play next to and then cuddle what a good boy.


Of course since it was so hot we were doing indoor training by practicing sit and stay.
Bourbon wanting in on the treats too!


Next we should have some fun picture from Bourbons 4th birthday party this coming up weekend.!!!

Wow, he's really becoming a big boy. Ami is so big, I forget what a standard husky is... reminded this weekend, though. A whole bunch of, to me, diminutive huskies up from the tri city area to enjoy the finger lakes. Ami is a giant... Looks like Vlad is going to join him.

He's really handsome... and looks like Bourbon is happy as a clan with his new sibling.

Yes Amy he is a big boy but still such a baby and loves to snuzzle his face up on my hand or side all the time, (the occasional cuddle too). I think I will take him in and of this week to get a weight on him because I am curious if he broken 60 lbs yet. Can't wait to get pictures with him and all his buddies at Bourbon's bday party this weekend to see how he monsters over the others.

I love his coloring...and that face! Very last pic, reminds me A LOT of jbealers Sierra for some reason!

He does have the same fluffy face as Sierra but it probably darker in coloring unless she gets darker in the summer.

Vald is growing up so fast and it look like he us enjoying every minute of it with his friends!
Sierra used to get darker in the winter but not any more. He does have that cute i can't do no wrong face!
