Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! | Juno, (pictured @ left) is a 6-year old spayed female. We have had her since she was one year old and she has been the best dog ever. She has never destroyed anything, never chewed anything up (not even a sock), and rarely rams in the house except for occasional zoomies. She is so laid back it actually bothers me. Her vet says she is fine. We had a complete blood test done on her in May and everything came back great. She was bred to be a show dog, although we have never showed her. All she wants to do is sleep during the day. When I take her out she objects occasionally but when she is out she just lays in the grass and enjoys the fresh air.
We walk 1-2 miles every night so she is getting exercise.
Does anybody else has a Husky similar to this? I hear the horror stories on behavior but she just does not fit that mold.
Thanx for your input |

| It's summer. I have a big ole red rug most of the time. Even in winter, he's a lot more laid back than most. |

| Maybe get her to play with some friends? Kohdi used to lay around a lot more than I was used to but changed once I got Mishka, maybe Juno needs a playmate. |

| My girl is around the same age, maybe a little older, and she is very similar. She's laid back, would probably sleep all day in bed with me if I didn't get up. She lays around much of the time when she is outside and when we walk and go for runs she is usually more happy to just walk than run. It's all in temperament. Some are crazy and others aren't. Some are puppies until they are very old and others settle earlier. A playmate has helped with my girl. She gets up and wrestles with him ever so often then goes back to sleep. _________________ |
