Most every one here is probably aware of how difficult it is to groom Ami...

Well, much to my surprise, Ami has been watching Archer get brushed, dried off with a towel, his feet dried, etc. Archer loves it... he wriggles into the towel, lifts his leg for paw drying, leans into you and thoroughly enjoys the "spa treatment"

Danm if Ami doesn't watch the whole thing with keen interest. And, now begins to tolerate, ok - limited, but far more than he used too, brushing and drying his feet and coat!

What has your husky learned just by watching another dog?

Mine is kinda sucky. Since I got Kohdi, he runs and hides when it comes to putting his harness on. Never understood why. Especially since once he had it on, he was running to the door. Upon getting Mishka, she would actually *help* in getting Kohdi harnessed, either by running under him to trip him up, or chasing him out of his hiding places. I dont think Mishka liked the delays, haha. Anyways, now Kohdi is MUCH better about it, however...Mishka is now doing the *game* not to the extremes Kohdi would take it but she's started nonetheless. These two have night and day personalities, yet I see SO much in the way of picking things up from the other each day...some of it good, others...not so much.

I can't think of any specific things at the moment, but I definitely know that Bode learned many things from watching my parents' dog. Too bad he never picked up the grooming calm. We tried so many times to show him Riley getting his nails done with the Dremel like a good boy and it just never rubbed off on Bode.

I think Loki and Ichigo have taught each other things. I know Loki taught Ichigo how to open doors. But I think Ichigo and his love for his crate made Loki more content to go to jail. Now they both put themselves in their crates whenever I'm getting ready to leave.
