Hello I'm Cesa new Mom to Mischa he's 6 wks old and we welcomed him into our family just yesterday! He's doing great quite vocal for such a little guy but has taken to housebreaking I'm actually very impressed and expecting big things from him. This will be my second Husky we were force to give up my beloved Sky during troubled times and a family move across country I never forgot him and now I have a chance to rekindled that amazing love we shared and also heal the heart break from nearly 20yrs ago. Mishka now has an older 2 yr old sis who's a German Shepherd wanna be Moma lol and a tiny 5 yrs old Chihuahua who he thinks is a toy I'm thankful for this forum can't wait to read up on everything Husky and meet all you wonderful Husky people Thanks for having us! Cesa don't know how to post pic

6 weeks is really young to be bringing him home but he is a cutie. I'm glad he's doing well for you. With hard work I think huskies to live up to all of our expectations and then some. _________________

Yes this was uncommon for the breeder but the mom took ill so a decision was made for this litter only. He's doing very well and perhaps it's the mothering of my shepherd that has helped him some. He's a bouncy lil thing but quite unhappy when left alone right now he's being crate trained doing exceptionally well going outside to potty soon as he hits the snow he's goes so he gets it

Well I am very concerned as well as I should be going over the health record for my new pup I have found that on the very day I purchased and picked up my pup he was just turning 5 wks old! His next de-worming is on the 10th @ 6 wks After driving 2 1/2 hours in the cold & snow all my common sense had left me because here comes this down beaten women from this down beaten house with an adorable and very healthy fat pup though I had picked him out ( he was the prettiest of the litter) I thought I would still see them all including the mom but perhaps it was her living conditions that she wanted to keep private I believe this was how she conducted her business. But the red flag should have been drawn when she told me the pup was on adult dog food! I can only imagine this is done to cut cost and not at the benefit and wellness of her puppies!! I took a bit of it home to transition him to Taste of The Wild Puppy. I am highly concerned that though I most likely did not purchase this beautiful pup from a puppy mill she must be in it for the money though I saw no trace of it. I'm confused at this. 8 weeks I thought was desirable but anytime after 6 weeks I was told was okay in the state of Michigan I could be wrong. One top of all that we decided to change his name to Koda Bear Concerned new Moma Bear.
