We picked up our 10 year old foster, Sully, today. It took a few minutes for him to settle in, but once he did, Ginger and Sully ended up playing in the snow for a good 30 minutes before coming back inside. [/img] [/img]
Hey Sully! You're on MY bed!! [/img]
Dad! Sully is on MY bed!! [/img]
That's much better, I have my bed, and you have a blanky! [/img]

He is a sweet old mellow-fellow!
Ginger wanted to play and play and play, 'Aroo-roo-roo' in his ear for a good 10 minutes. Finally, when they were both laying inside next to each other, he perked up and instigated play so we had to take them out again.
He didn't eat anything for dinner, but I kind of expected that. I know he'll eat when he's hungry...

Ginger had her friend Nikolai come over for a few hours while Kate went off to work. (Nikolai is Sully's 'mini-me'! Too cute!)

Wow Claudia, you are truly blessed with Ginger!!! A) There is no way that Mya would let Kody have one of her squeakys! They've been banned from my house! B) she actually doesn't destroy then within 5min!!! Apparently neither does Nicolai so Kate is blessed too! Lucky girls!

Well, Nikolai has already de-squeaked and de-fluffed 2 of Ginger's stuffed squeak toys. I gave him the rubber squeak bone so he would take longer to de-squeak it, but I distracted him with something else. He still carried the bone around in his mouth even when I tried to distract him though.
Ginger, on the other hand, has no interest in toys very much. But if we give her toy to another dog, she'll be patient until she can claim it back.

Aww, a nice little play date for Ginger and Nikolai! They look so cute together! Love the video, they both make me melt.
Lmao! As I watched that video, my dog ran up to the computer screen, stared intently at it then tilted her head in confusion.

Ginger looks so confused. Like ummm, I think I'm kinda scared of this, but it looks cool, but I'm not sure if I should touch it....I'm just going to sit here and stare!
