yep when i brought her home she was only 5.5 lbs such a tiny girl.. she still seems so small still at her age. i wonder how big she'll get. her mother is 50 lbs. i'm guessing around there or maybe a little smaller who knows. but i will keep this updated. i finally got a little time the last hour haha

i know i feel like she is so small for her age. she's only 17 lbs. so petite. about how big is yukon now?

I'm not exactly sure but my guess would probably be in the 17-18 lbs range too. xD

this is the intense look i get when i feed her lol. i make her wait for her food until i say it is ok and she just stares me down. she is 18 weeks old today! my girl is growing fast!

We do the same thing with food. Layla will stare intently at her bowl or Wobbler and then stare at us until we say "OK."

Thank you! Yes I think it's good to let them know who and where their food comes from. I'm working slowly on walking away and getting her attention off of the food but that doesn't work too well lol once I walk away a little bit she starts scooting towards the bowl on her butt. Which is cute but not desired haha. She'll learn eventually

Layla does that too. This morning my husband had her sit about three feet from her bowl and wait and started inching away and she scooted forward and laid down just to be a little bit closer to it, haha. She faked us out, the little bugger!

Haha that's pretty funny. Yukon isn't very enthusiastic about his food in the morning (I think it's because I feed him before exercising him) but at night time if I do nothing except walk away after putting his bowl down he'll start running to it as fast as possible. However he slips all over the wooden floor and ends up looking like a cartoon character running in place.

That death stare is hilarious though! xD
