Generally you're probably going to want to feed approximately 2-3% of her body weight per day. If you prefer to split up the meals, you can do so accordingly once you figure out how much her ideal daily portions should be. Every dog is different though so it's trial and error determining how much your sibe will require to maintain her ideal weight. I personally prefer to start off at 2% and adjust accordingly.

Not sure if this is a good place to ask this but, koda eats kibble, but i was gonna start to slowly give him some raw bones and stuff as treats sometimes.. Someone at my local dog park told me about beef shoulders.. Has anyone have given them to their sibe? If so were they a hit? And any advice on them? My future brother in law has been working at a local butcher shop lately so i think im going to start going there for some stuff.. Any other suggestions for some treats and bones?

We feed Nanook raw (prey model). For treats we'll give him marrow bones, however those are rich so you may see some loose stool if your pup isn't used to it. As for the beef shoulder I'd just make sure you watch them and make sure that they aren't cooked and make sure if you let them eat the bone (if it's a treat I'm assuming you're not) then make sure that they aren't weird shapes or the dog doesn't try to swallow the bone whole. Let me see about getting the link to post that I used when I was researching RAW and how to switch, how much to feed etc...

EDIT: Here's the link that I used mostly then spun off: https://www.itsahuskything.com/t1256-considering-a-raw-diet

I'd recommend starting there, but if you have questions feel free to post the questions in the parent forum.
