Should you need assistance creating an appropriate signature, please PM an Admin and we would be happy to help! This is to ensure that signatures remain a welcome addition to our forum instead of a cumbersome distraction. Cooking for your husky Empty
PostSubject: Cooking for your husky   Cooking for your husky EmptyMon Nov 11, 2013 6:17 pm

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and the website.  I have a a female husky named Stella, she is 3 years old. I have recently been trying to add more exciting foods to her diet, of course she loves it, but I am nervous (because of how sensitive huskies stomachs can be).  She currently eat's her regular dog food, the same brand since she was a baby, and really enjoys it, however I want to give her more foods that I know she will enjoy.

My question is, does anyone make meals for their huskies?  If so what do they consist of and what is safe for them?

I have made her grilled chicken, with some canned pumpkin (i heard it good for their digestive health) with some brown rice and green beans.  Hoping that this is ok for my girl, I don't do it every day, just a few days a week as a treat for her.

Any suggestions??

Jen
